The Football Monologues

The Football Monologues are for two kinds of women. First are the girlfriends, wives, sisters, and mothers who know nothing about football but have to hear about it because their men are completely addicted. Next are the women who love football and are looking to connect with other cool women around the globe to discuss the players, the games, and the sport in general. STAY TUNED for bigger and better things because www.TheFootballMonologues.com is coming soon!

Impress the best this sunday with your 2006 NFL knowledge:

  • Houston's QB David Carr is leading the NFL with a passer rating of 113.6
  • San Fran 49ers have lost 7 straight on the road against AFC teams.
  • The NE Patriots have not lost back to back games since December 2002

Us raiders fan's better not get our hopes up too much, but this is probably our best shot for a win.

Moss will struggle again, leave the game early with a minor injury, and not come back for 2-3 weeks for some unknown reason.

Jon, you are being optimistic here. Moss will leave the game, go find T.O. and together they will disappear in to oblivion amongst a bevy of pill bottles

Unfortunately, the Raiders are the fantasy equivalent of the Lions this year. You want to pick up their good players, and think they're going to do well... but just like picking Kevin Jones, we know deep down that it won't happen. There's never a good reason to pick a Lions player. Even Roy Williams - he's good, but he'll never be great on the Lions.

Every year we fool ourselves into thinking the Lions will have worthwhile players. Every year we're wrong.
